cup raisins
12 grape tomatoes halved
1/3 cup sliced almonds
3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
teaspoon kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
