Hummus Without Tahini

    This is a great quick 15-minute hummus. I replaced the crushed pepper Flakes with a boatload of cumin because I really love cumin. Doubled up on the lemon juice and smooth things out a little more with a little bit extra olive oil. But this still is one of the best fast 15-minute afternoon snack ideas out there. I added a picture but let's face it hummus is not exactly a photogenic food.
