Hungry Jack Beef Casserole,This is a casserole that my mom used to make all the time when we were kids. I have also made it for my kids. It is comfort food.,My wife and I like it cheesier so we use 1 1/2 cups of cheese. One thing we discovered was to only put 1/3 to 1//2 the cheese on until the biscuits are browned, then add the balance of the cheese–otherwise the cheese can keep the biscuits from cooking completely. We’ve also successfully substituted Bush’s Baked Beans when we were out of Pork n Beans.
