Hurry Curry Chicken

Features:
    Cuisine:

Similar, if not exactly Erma Bombeck's "I Hate to Cook" Hurry Curry recipe. A real winner. I add cayenne and use rotisserie aka Costco, chicken to lessen the prep time. Use the Basmati rice. It is worth the extra effort.
