Shortcake,I got this recipe from the wife of a co-worker. It’s a very simple cake, buttery & not too sweet — perfect with seasonal fruit & whipped topping or ice cream.,If I double it how long should I bake it?,Excellent! I did cut back a little on the sugar the second time I made it because the sweetness of the cake overpowered the sweetness on the toppings. Otherwise, texture, softness, and the crumbly top were great.
