    This was very good. I like more than my husband so only 4 stars. used regular eggplant as that it is hard to find Japanese eggplant here. It was pretty easy and smelled wonderful.

    I Love Eggplants!, Asian style healthy sauteed eggplant. The amounts of garlic, ginger, green onions, and tamari can be adjusted depending on how strong of a flavor you want., This was very good.     Spray a Skillet With Nonstick Cooking Spray and Heat to Medium High.

    Chop Eggplants to About 1 Inch Cubes.

    Add Eggplants Along With Garlic, Ginger, Green Onions, and Tamari in Heated Skillet and Cook Until Eggplants Are Tender.
