Iced Hibiscus Tea

Features:
    Cuisine:

I've always loved hibiscus in tissanes, have finally tried this recipe. It is very good. I ended up letting everything steep an entire day, and that just deepened the flavor, I'm sure. used only half the sugar, as I wanted something refreshing, and that worked out very well. It's a little tart and quite refreshing.
