If you like the taste of cardamom you will love this jam. used a combination of Bosc and Asian pears. I peeled the Asians

Features:
    Cuisine:

We just made this using fresh pears from my friends tree. I skipped the spices to allow the real pear flavor to shine through, which it did deliciously! We had 7 cups of pears and it yielded 8 and a half half pints. Everyone agreed it was fabulous! We are making another batch as soon as more pears ripen, yum!
