    Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees. Cut Each Date in Half Crosswise, Leaving a Hole in the Center. Lay a Pineapple Chuck Into the Center of Each Half Slice of Date and Wrap With a Half of a Bacon Slice. Sticking With a Wooden Tooth Pick to Hold Together. Place in a 13 X 9 Inch Baking Dish and Cook For 30 Minutes; Drain Excess Fat.

    Combine Remaining Ingredients in a Small Bowl and Pour Over Rumaki; Tossing Lightly to Coat With Sauce. Bake For 30 Minutes More, Stirring Occasionally. Pour Rumaki and Sauce Into a Shallo Decorative Bowl. Serve Hot.
