Immune-Boosting Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic for Cold Relief

    I give this 5 stars, but with an important note: I think it's a poor idea to drink this full amount in full strength. For one thing, the sodium level is way too high.

    It might be better to make this up, and then add a tablespoon to a cup of water to drink, several times throughout the day. The exception might be to take a few swallows full strength to soothe a very sore throat. But again, it's very important to avoid dehydration, especially when ill -- and persons with high blood pressure might want to check with their doctor before taking anything with this much salt in it.
