Impossible Greek Spinach Pie, Nothing’s impossible. This pie is very possible, both to make and to enjoy., Everyone seems to be liking this recipe, so I am not sure why mine turned out tasting so badly. I definitely know how to cook & bake. I didn’t like the nutmeg & I usually like it. The recipe was quite bland for me. I added lots of Asiago & Feta after I prepared it to make it palatable. I think the fact that I am used to the traditional greek pastry made me really dislike the the Bisquick. It tasted like a pancake on top. I will not be making this recipe again., This was really good! I had to modify a little because of what I had on hand. used two eggs and one egg white, used fresh spinach that I cooked with the onions, and used 1/4 of a cup sour cream to make a full cup of cottage cheese. Very good!
