Impossible Peanut Butter Cookies,These are the quickest, simplest peanut butter cookies that you will ever make and they taste great!,followed recipe to the “t”. The cookies were burned on bottom, very chewy, flattened out during baking, no height to them. more like wafer cookies. Taste was okay. made them 3 times to see where i went wrong but no matter what, got the same results. felt like eating a protein bar–chewy, chewy, chewy! if not for the good taste, would have given one star.,I’m not a big peanut butter cookie fan and would have rated this 3 stars but hubby liked them thus the 4 stars. These were ok for not being traditional peanut butter cookies. They came together very easily. used half brown & half white sugar with a tsp of vanilla. They rolled very easy in the sugar, looked great and baked perfect at 10 minutes. My very picky hubby not only liked them but went back for more which rarely happens. He said he’d definitely want these again. I got 20 cookies using a tbls measuring spoon.
