Incredible Oat Bran Muffins, Plain, Blueberry

Features:
    Cuisine:

I would say that these were pretty good. I followed the recipe, using Bob's Mill Oat Bran, molasses, and Craisins. Next time, I'll add either sunflower seeds or chopped pecans or walnuts on top to give them a little bit of crunch. I bought a bunch of oat bran from Amazon, so I've got a lot left to use up. I see more of these muffins in our future! I'll switch it up next time and try using a banana instead of the Craisins, and the time after that, I'll try making blueberry muffins. I baked my muffins at 375 -- after reading that someone's comment that their muffins burned at 425, I figured that I'd better err on the side of caution. The recipe made 12 muffins and each muffin worked out to be 175 calories or so.
