Directions
Indian Fried Rice,Something to serve with an Indian meal.,used what was available in our kitchen- cooked basmati rice, peanut oil, green chili, red onions and cilantro. Fried the onions until medium brown, added cilantro, green paper and salt to taste. I then added the rice and constantly stirred gently until all was hot. My wife declared it was the best fried rice she’d ever had, better than what we have in restaurants. But then there was another declaration – I’m the fried rice expert and will be making it going forward – :-),Absolutely wonderful, even with brown rice!
