Individual Blueberry or Apple Crisp,From Penzey’s magazine (Vol. 2, Issue 4); attributed to Hope Moberg of Royal Oak, Michigan. I loved the idea of individual crisps — portion control is everything!,I made this recipe this morning and believe the recipe is wrong. For one thing it calls to add the lemon juice to to the crumble ingredients, which makes for a wet gooey “crumble”. Also, there is no cinnamon listed in the ingredients for the recipe. Caution!!! This did not turn out well!,I needed to use up some blueberries I froze and this was the perfect recipe for it!! I made it in an 8×8 pan since I didn’t have ramekins. A little flat but still delicious.
