Inside Out Spring Roll Salad

Features:
    Cuisine:

I modified this to feed the two of us for a meal, and it came out sensational. It did taste like an inside out spring roll. We doubled the noodles, so also did the same for the herbs/green onions and sauce (except the sesame oil and sweet chili sauce)(but kept the veggie amounts the same as the recipe). We really enjoyed all the freshness from the veggies and the tangy dressing with a bit of spice.
