1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 ounces shredded cheese (or more to suite your taste)

    Inside-Out Stuffed Green Bell Peppers,This is a lot easier to make than the regular stuffed green peppers. My husband just loves it this way.,We double it mix it all up we use red and yellow peppers and organic fire roasted diced tomatoes one can has medium green chillies, undrained.,Tastes great! So simple, only change was to add taco seasoning and another 1/2 cup water to lean ground beef. And used diced tomatoes because I did not have stewed on hand. Thanks for recipe.

    In a Skillet, Brown Beef. Drain.

    Transfer to a Greased 2-Quart Casserole Dish.

    Cover and Bake at 350f For 1 Hour or Until Rice Is Tender.
