Directions
Irish Fruit Scones,Light moist and so easy to make. This recipe was given to me by Irish chef. These are truly best scones I ever had. Great with butter, jam or creme-fresh. They also freeze well.,I don’t know how to convert weights into measures. Has anyone done this successfully?,Absolutely foolproof, and more importantly DELICIOUS! Lovely with some jam and whipped cream. Also a cuppa Barrys tea. Must be Barrys TEA!!!!
