Irish Omelette,This recipe was submitted for play in ZWT8 – Ireland. Posted at www.ireland information.com. This sounds like a lovely breakfast or brunch treat. It’s sure not to disappoint.,This was delicious, and it’s so easy to make. After I snapped a photo, I cut the omelet into 4 equal wedges and served them with buttered toast. It was really good and we really enjoyed the recipe. Thanks, Baby Kato.,Loved it! I had a very large baked potato left over from another meal that I peeled and mashed with a little milk, sour cream, a tiny bit of butter and S&P and then followed the recipe. used a medium skillet and should have used a large skillet and it took a long time for the middle to cook through, so the top got a little more browned than I intended. I topped with a little grated cheddar, extra chives and served with tomato slices. It was very tasty, that lemon added a brightness to the dish. Very, very tasty. Thanks for sharing this unique recipe.
