Irish Potatoes Candy,This recipe contains no potatoes. It gets it name from the look of the candy. I have not tried this recipe myself. It is for an ISO request. Recipe says you can also dip in melted chocolate for Easter eggs.,The photo shows “eyes” on the potatoes. What are they made from? I don’t see them in the recipe.,These are the potatoes I grew up eating in S. Philly. Every year I Google, to remember the exact amounts to make, and this is the one I always made. Thank you! I do use a homemade cinnamon/sugar which is 3/4 cinnamon and 1/4 sugar, to cut back on the heartburn from eating too many!
