    Excellent Recipe tasted delicious I'm only sharing this because due to allergies and what was in the house.... Also I was looking for a sweet dessert like bread for a 5 year old I did have to change some things so passing on what worked for those who might be in a similar predicament 1 Like someone else had done used applesauce instead of yogurt 2 used Refined coconut oil instead of butter 3 used Raisin instead of currents?
    But as I said it came out perfect as a dough though it is a bit sticky but I didn't have much issue needing it.... Enjoy!!

    Irish Soda Bread, A hearty bread to complement any table. This Soda Bread uses lowfat Yogurt. This is also good adding 2 teaspoons caraway seeds.     Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

    in a Large Mixing Bowl, Combine Dry Ingredients.

    Cut in Butter Until Clumps Are Pea-Sized.stir in Currants and Yogurt.

    Turn the Dough Onto a Floured Cutting Board, Knead 1 Minute, and Shape Into a Round Loaf;

    Slice an X in the Top of a Loaf and Bake on a Greased Baking Sheet For 45-50 Minutes, Yields One 8-Inch Loaf.
