Irresistible Oatmeal Raisin Cookies That Disappear Fast

Features:
    Cuisine:

Pure perfection! My only problem is that 1 serving is only 1 cookie! I changed nothing though I halfed the ingredients. I did make sure to spend a lot of time creaming the butter and sugar (about 5 minutes) and a little time adding the flour mixture (under 2 minutes). Oh, and I scraped halfway through each time. This one's a keeper!

Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies,Oatmeal raisin cookie recipe from the Quaker Oats box before they changed the recipe,Pure perfection! This one’s a keeper!,Instead of 1 cup of butter, I opted for 1/2c butter and 1/2c of shortening to make the cookies softer while still preserving the rich flavor from the butter. 10/10
