St Patrick’s Day Cake, Although this cake can be made all year round, it looks great on the table on St Patrick’s Day , This was a very easy and tasty cake My husband ate 3 pieces before finally cutting himself off Would make again Thanks for the recipe!, Very pretty and surprisingly light! I did not use the topping though, because this was made for a fund raiser and needed to sit out on a table all day This cake got off to a rocky start when I added it to my shopping list When I got home from the store, I did not have eggs because step #1 says prepare according to package directions which means the cake preparation ingredients (eggs & oil) do not appear in the shopping list or in the nutritional panel This is a flexible recipe Think about black cherry jello in a white cake with white chocolate pudding in the topping Thanks chef!
