Italian Chicken in a Skillet,Pasta and chicken with an Italian flavor.,I found this to be “okay”, although to be fair, this type of dish isn’t my favourite (I don’t really like tomato-sauced dishes). So while I found the taste to be a little boring, it was very easy to make. The actual cooking time was super fast, and all in one pot! I’m thinking now that this may taste a lot better if a flavourful sausage was used instead of chicken breast…,Made this dish twice now and making it again today .I pack it into containers and take it with me in the lorry to heat up in the microwave .it tastes just as nice and is better than any ready meal you buy in the supermarket. Anymore recipes like this would be much appreciated.??
