Italian Nachos, I LOVE the Italian Nachos at Johnny Carino’s This is a recipe I am working on to get my fix at home , Love this recipe I made it for our Super Bowl snack and used Recipe #52892 for the sauce I did bake the wontons and turned out they needed to be baked longer but just a minute, two was too much on the first batch , We have never had Italian Nachos before, so we can’t compare them to any restaurant But, everyone in our family really enjoyed them I did make a few slight changes We have both vegetarians and meat eaters in our house So for the Italian sausage used a vegetarian version of it that we all like used the Italian seasoning option and left off the optional pepper flakes I also used a light Alfredo sauce I would suggest that you keep an eye on the wonton wrappers while they are cooking, luckily I checked on mine They were perfectly browned at 4 1/2 minutes These made a yummy, quick and easy meal
