1/4 cup green onion, sliced
1 cup sour cream

    Add Bag of Tortilla Chips to a 9 X 13 Pan and Sprinkle the Black Beans and the Meat Mixture Covering the Chips. Cover With Ragu Sauce, and Both Feta and Cheddar Cheeses.
