I might also try marinating the chicken in the salad dressing, grilling the individual components instead of sauteing, then slicing the chicken and serving on a bed of lettuce as a nice salad , I would definately marinade the chicken for a while but was tasty, What an awesome recipe I grilled the chicken and pineapple and used mozzarella cheese I also used fat free Italian dressing It was a hit with my husband and son Definitely a keeper Thanks for posting
