    Italian Sausage and Tortellini Soup,This is a delicious soup loaded with vegetables and tortellini filled with cheese and basil. You can increase the spiciness of the soup by using hot Italian sausage and adding some red pepper flakes.,Great soup! I cut everything in half although used almost the full amount of liquid. We had hot Italian turkey sausage in lieu of actual Italian sausage. It did the job! Made for your football win!

    in a Large Dutch Oven, Brown Sausage Over Medium-High Heat, Stirring Occasionally. Drain, Reserving 1 Tablespoon Drippings in the Pan. Set Sausage Aside.

    Bring to a Boil; Reduce Heat, and Simmer, Uncovered, 10 Minutes or Until Tortellini Is Tender. Adjust Spices to Taste.
