Italian sausage-Broccoli Quiche,This is a hearty quiche that can easily pass for dinner when served with salad and rolls.,I am a fan of quiche, and this goes to the top of my list. The mix of ingredients creates a great flavor combo. used regular sausage and evaporated milk and 4 med eggs. Thats what I had on hand. It taste great and packed with protein.,I have made many quiches, and this was easily the best one ever! My guests agreed. used mild breakfast sausage, and I didn’t have 1/2 and 1/2, so I substituted heavy cream. Delish!

Heat Olive Oil in a Skillet; Add Sausage, Garlic and Onions and Saute Until Brown. |
