    This was just ok.I would add an egg to the rice mixture. If I make again I`ll try stuffing it with a touch of cooked ground beef and peas. I also used 2 cups of cooked rice and this made 8 nice size balls. They browned up nicely. This sauce was good but with rice balls I like a thicker sauce.
