1 lb italian bulk sweet sausage
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
4 cloves garlic, chopped
12 mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup heavy cream
2 1/2 cups shredded italian cheese blend
