Italian Sunday Supper Casserole, This is excellent served with crusty bread and a salad A white wine would compliment this very well Excellent casserole that was a big hit at my house and will be at yours too if you have Italian food lovers in the family :), This recipe had a nice flavor that we enjoyed The only change I made in the recipe was to add salt for additional flavor When I make this again, I’ll use one reviewer’s suggestion of boiling the potatoes a bit before putting the casserole together
