Egg Salad,I’ve been making this since I was a kid. Its a great way to use up hard boiled eggs at Easter. Great for breakfast, or lunch or stuffed into cherry tomatoes as an appetizer! It tastes better if it sits for an hour.,A simple but delicious, thank you for sharing this. I’d add some salt to it though to give it a little more taste.,This is not good. It is basically flavorless. Essentially this is the first two ingredients to a good egg salad. I like just a little very finely chopped red onion, mustard, and bit of pickle relish (sweet or the dill pickled version) in my egg salad.
