Jalapeno Mashed Potatoes, This recipe is from Razzle Dazzle Recipes and is a restaurant recipe from La Margarita Restaurant , I actually used this recipe for the method and timing I didn’t add the roasted and pureed jalapeno (although I’m sure I would love it) This recipe produced perfect mashed potaotes! I heated my milk up in a pyrex measuring cup that I put in the microwave Thank you for a solid mashed potato recipe One day, I will try it with the jalapeno!

Thoroughly Wash, Clean, and Dice Potatoes. |

Place Them in a Pot of Water With a Dash of Salt. |
