Jamaican (Cornmeal) Porridge, one of my favorite dishes when in jamaica and this from someone who doesn’t normally like hot cereals , Just tried it as I haven’t made porridge in a long time it turned out delicious!!!! Traditional porridge doesn’t call for flour (which I know ) but tried nevertheless and it added another smooth layer it really didn’t take anything away from the outcome simply delicious thanks for sharing!!!!!, Substitute coconut milk and a sweetener for the condensed milk That’s what I did

Bring Salted Water to a Boil. |

Combine Cornmeal and Flour Together in a Bowl. |
