    Jamon Con Pina – Ham With Pineapple, Very quick and easy to make My grandmother’s standby when she didn’t feel like cooking , Delicious! Loved the glaze and the addition of the pineapple I chose the grilling method, YUM! Made for Fall 2009 Pick A Chef , I was looking for a simple glaze for a small ham roast for New Year’s day dinner, this worked very well I made about a half cup and used canned cubed pineapple, adding the pineapple only the last 15 minutes of cooking I too used Splenda brown sugar mix Very tasty, thanks for posting

    Mix Brown Sugar, Mustard, and Cloves.

    Coat Both Sides of Ham Steak With Mixture.

    Put in Broiler or on Grill For 10 Minutes or Until Sugar Melts
