Japanese Cheesecake,Living in Japan I discovered this nice Japanese Cheesecake. Myself, I think it’s really delicious.,Mine deflated slightly as it cooled out of the oven, but it still looked great and tasted soooo good! I added a splash of vanilla as recommended by other users and it was a good choice I think. Can’t wait to make again.
