Japanese Steakhouse Ginger Salad Dressing CopyCat Shogun Steak, great for summer salads,This is just like the ginger dressing at the Japanese restaurants. It does taste better after a day or 2 in the fridge.,Made this for the first time. Smaller portion is the ginger dressing from the Japanese restaurant from Saturday night bigger portion is what I made. used peanut oil and that is what I tasted as well as something else that was pretty strong. used seasoned rice vinegar which I read if you use that leave the sugar out. Which I did and tasted it and it was way off so I added it. Tastes better but still not right. I will let it sit overnight and go from there. Any suggestions?
