    Combine the First 6 Ingredients in a Large Mixing Bowl, and Toss Well. Add Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, and Lime Juice, Toss Gently. Add Avocado, Using a Large Fork or Potato Masher. Coarsely Mash Avocado to Incorporate Making Sure to Leave the Guacamole Chunky. Add Salt and Black Pepper. Place in an Air-Tight Container and Refrigerate Until Ready to Serve. Serve With Celery, Carrot Sticks, Broccoli, and Asparagus.
