Jeffs Hash Brown Casserole

    This was good, however, I noticed that it was a little dry. Upon looking at the recipe after wards, I noticed that in the directions it instructs to combine the sour cream. There is no sour cream listed in in the ingredients. How much sour cream should use?
    Also, the onions didn't get baked done; they were still crunchy.

    Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees.

    Combine Sour Cream, Soup and Onions. Mix Well.

    Fold in the Hashbrowns.

    Place Into 9 by 13 Baking Dish, Smooth Mixture and Top With Remaining Cheese.

    Bake For 45 Minutes or Until the Edges of the Cheese Begin to Brown.
