Jell-O 123 Layered Dessert,A flashback to the old favorite layered JELL-O dessert. Forget all the blender and ice cube versions! Here is the simplest way to have fun with your JELL-O! ENJOY!,This was SO much easier than those other recipes that call for using a blender and ice (which I tried, but ended up with a lumpy, liquid-y mess). This was very quick and easy. I do see varying pics of the resulting layers, though. So, I wonder what makes the difference? This one came out with the middle layer being the thickest (you can’t see the entire pic, but the bottom layer is pure gelatin, as expected, and somewhere between the top and middle layer in thickness). Maybe adding more Cool Whip would have made the top layer thicker? I don’t know. I plan on experimenting until I get it just right.
