Jer’s Grilled Loin of Pork,This is one of my husband’s favourite meals. What can I say about the glaze…You’ll see. I hope you like this as much as our family does. For extra flavour double the glaze and marinate overnight.,Excellent! Will definitely make this again. It took only about 5 minutes to make the glaze and about the same to prep the meet and heat the broiler. Quickest possible turnaround on a decent size roast for cook time too. Fast, easy and tastes good too. Thanks for sharing!,Made for the FYC tag game using 2 lrg pork tenderloins that came packaged together, DH & I tried 2 grill recipes at the same time & had his brother for dinner taste tests. The recipes were very different from each other & both a big success. This was made as written except for the addition of garlic (a must for me). This was an easy fix & very flavorful after marinating all day. The cloves flavor was esp remarkable & I do think white wine could easily be subbed for the apple juice as desired. This was served w/garlic mashed potatoes, mixed veggies & pan-grilled herb & garlic naan bread. Thx for sharing your recipe w/us.
