    In a Sauce Pan, Combine Jicama, Lemon Slices, S7gar, Water & Cinnamon Stick.

    Bring to Boil, Then Lower Heat & Simmer, Uncovered, 5 Minutes.

    Add Apples & Apricots to Pan & Simmer Another 2-4 Minutes Until Apples Are Tender.

    Romove from Heat & Chill.

    Discard Lemon Slices & Cinnamon Stick Before Serving.
