Joanna’s Banana Pancakes,Well as of this posting there are 116 other Banana Pancake recipes on Zaar – but after checking fastidiuosly I can post my daughter’s favorite recipe knowing that it different than the others. Family-friendly and yummy describe these. They’ve been DD’s favorites since she was 7.,Used 2% instead of buttermilk and it turned out great!!,Wonderful. I’ve never made banana pancakes til I had 1 lonely banana left. So I tried this recipe. used brown sugar instead of white and evaporated milk instead of buttermilk. My kids were both back for seconds before I had a chance to finish my first one. Perfect pancakes. Thanks.
