Directions
Joni’s Summer Squash Casserole, This recipe is so TASTY, and one that my sister introduced me to… Goes GREAT with just about any meal, and especially with baked pork chops, chicken, or turkey. Our family LOVES this, and we have been making it for years… Great for Thanksgiving or Christmas too, in place of stuffing!, We took veggies from our garden to my parents when we went to visit. While we were there she made this for dinner. Some of us really liked it and gave it five stars. Others felt it was ok and gave it 3 stars so we settled on a 4 star rating.
