1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/4 lbs flank steaks, trimmed of fat
