Tender Flat Iron Steak,A popular “new” cut of steak (Top Blade Steak) that is cheaper and surprisingly more flavorful than the expensive steaks that is gaining popularity in the US. Posted for forum request. Said to be replacing the last steak-cut-fad “the hanger”…from Gourmet Sleuth,My first time grilling flat iron steak. I did not care for the marinade at all. Wine, rosemary and mustard weren’t great together. And color me less than impressed with the cut of meat. I have another one to grill, so I’ll be looking for a different recipe.
