Spicy Pork Roast,My MIL gave this recipe to me. I often make this on Sunday’s. Put it in the oven on your way out the door to church. Just about ready when you get home.,we love this recipe! we were looking for a new way to make a flavorful pork roast without having gravy -this is a keeper!,The pork prepared this way was very juicy, but we just didn’t care for this spice mix. It had a lot going on but no one flavor seemed to stand out in the pork. Thank you for giving me something new to try!
