Directions
Steph’s Pork Riblets,I made this delicious recipe up last night. Kids loved it – “Mmm,Mommy, that is yummmy!” Enjoy!!,Fun variation. Followed the marinade ( chicken stock rather than beef ) and put riblets and marinade in sous vide bath at 153F for 5 hr removed and finished with baste in pellet smoker at 280F with baste. Fabulous !,Found pork riblets on sale and thought I’d give them a try. Followed other reviews and cooked in crock pot. Used both the marinade and glaze ingredients together. Only used 1/4 to 1/2 of the soy sauce. Turned out wonderful. Everyone really enjoyed. Thanks for the great recipe!
