Juicy Cornish Game Hens, , I absolutely love this recipe. I had it bookmarked but lost it somehow. Luckily I found it again! I’m making this tonight for supper. I’m going to try a little cranberry juice because I don’t have any orange I’m also Going to try a little maple syrup along with the honey and double the recipe for the sauce. This is too good not to! Roasting cauliflower with parmesan cheese also, should be a fantastic meal! Thanks!! :, I made this last night, so very good. Next time will make more sauce and do more than two hens. Easy to make ahead also.
